Living Area

The center of you and group social gathering perfectly mold in an open-plan living and dining rooms under the embrace of pure white walls and terrazzo floor. The room completed with ceiling fans, which the design allowed natural breeze enlightening the atmosphere. Still, if you prefer to shut off all and merely enjoy the cool breeze provides by the air conditioner at the living by closing the glass door fully. This living area supported by L-shaped sofa, wide and comfortable cushion and is complimented with an LCD flat screen TV with numerous options from satellite channels, and movies you can play on the DVD player prepared along the quality audio system with speakers. The living also has terrace with rattan daybeds and a table as it can be used a nice spot for barbeque.

Adjacent to the kitchen at Sadia, is the dining area with a table for eight. The fully equipped kitchen at Sadia, just like the prominent color in this villa, white also adorning the kitchen. It facilitated with gas hob, a large fridge and all modern cooking utilities for the chef prepare you with great and delicious meals.

Another spot for your entertainment and relaxation area is the upstairs sitting room set in the finest combination of soft and bold color, the white and red blend together creating the best media room with large LCD flat-screen TV with numbers of international channels. This air-conditioned area offers you more private and cozy space to watch TV or movies or even reading your favorite book.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There are four bedrooms installation in Sadia, three of them situated in the main pavilion whilst the last bedroom in the stand-alone pavilion. Two room located upstairs and both has sliding glass doors that open onto a wide balcony terrace furnished with sofas. One is the master bedroom, which is furnished with a canopied four-poster king-size bed, fitted cupboards, a sofa, bedside tables and lamps. Another one is the twin bedroom that the beds can be converted into a king-size bed.

The third bedroom in the main pavilion located downstairs and facilitated with four-poster king-size bed, a sofa and a small dressing area. The last bedroom is at the opposite side of the entrance courtyard, in a stand-along guest pavilion also with king-size bed. All bedrooms have en-suite bathroom with non-slip floor, terrazzo vanity unit and washbasin, a toilet and rain-shower. Only three of them come with freestanding terrazzo bathtubs.

Swimming Pool and Garden

Sadia has carefully arranged its garden area into a pretty walled garden with ornamental palms, giant taro and flowering shrubs. A pathways runs through the velvety lawn will lead you to the swimming pool and seeing clearly the terraced rice field before the villa. The stone pool deck has four sun-beds and umbrellas. At one end of the pool is the pool bar pavilion with four stools. There is an outdoor pool shower for the convenience of the guests and a bubbling Buddha’s head where water cascades, enhancing the serene ambience.

Villa Sadia is located in the traditional village Tiying tutul and only ten minutes drive from the beach at Canggu. Despite the tranquility and peaceful environment offered, the villa still gives you easy access to Echo Beach or even to the trendy Seminyak area. The villa is surely within convenient distance to many shopping malls and main tourist attractions. From the International Ngurah Rai airport, Sadia will cost you around 35 minutes drive.
