Imagine your own luxurious private villa in this island paradise. The romantic Island of Bali is one of the world’s great vacation destinations. Famed for its stunning diverse scenery, favourable climate, quality restaurants and diverse entertainment, Bali attracts visitors to its shores all year round.

Villa BatuBali is a ten minute walk from the beach in Canggu famous for its scenery, rice field views and laid back lifestyle, yet only a 20 minute drive from the best shopping, restaurants and nightlife the island has to offer. The villa has accommodation for up to eight people although affordable as a romantic hideaway for a couple.

With five friendly staff to look after you, its large garden and award winning pool, the villa is your own haven in Bali.

Accommodation

The villa sits on a half acre plot of land with mature gardens and rice-field views, and, consists of four bedrooms with double-beds each with A/C’s, bathroom en-suite.

Features include a bright enclosed or open air concept kitchen, a spacious living-room complete with TV/Satellite and stereo facilities, two dining areas, one inside that seats eight, and a covered outdoor terrace which seats six, and, an award winning swimming pool which is no more than a dozen steps from the guest bedrooms. A Bale is located at the end of the pool which provides a shaded area for guests who enjoy outdoor lounging.

* All Living-room, Indoor Dining areas and Bedrooms have air-conditioning and fans;
* A fully equipped kitchen including a large fridge, cooker and oven and a multitude of electrical appliances;
* Satellite TV including DVD, Laser Disc and VCD player. An ample selection of movies in all formats are provided;
* Stereo System with CD and tape facilities. An eclectic range of CD’s is provided;
* A small library, with a broad range of books for all tastes;
* Hot and cold water in all bathrooms together with soap, towels and pool towels are provided;
* All outdoor leisure areas such as outdoor dining areas and Bale are equipped with fans;
* Large concept pool, including children's area;
* Luscious tropical gardens.

* Inclusive rent of villa, fully serviced by five professional staff consisting of the Head of Household, Maid, Gardeners and Security;
* Airport transfers both ways (the villa is a 35 minute drive from the international airport);

* “Starter pack” (fruit- juice soft drinks, beer and breakfast requisites);
* Shopping service (receipts provided if required);
* Advice from the Head of Household, a Balinese national who speaks English and who is on call 24 hours a day during the duration of your stay at Villa BatuBali.

Extra Services

* Breakfast: the staff will prepare a breakfast for you daily. Tell them what you want and they will buy on your behalf;
* Other meals, accomplished cooks can be hired for both Indonesian and Western cuisine you instruct what you want and they will buy and cook on your behalf, you pay as you go.
* Chauffeur Car Service: A Taruna four wheel drive which can seat up to four people (plus driver), can be hired for Rps 350,000 (US$40 approx) for an eight hour day. The cost includes the car, driver, petrol and insurance .The driver is likely to be Villa BatuBali’s Head of Household, Putu who has an excellent geographical knowledge of Bali. (Please note for Insurance purposes guests cannot drive the car themselves).

Staffing

In-house manager
Head of Household, will meet you at the airport, bring you to Villa BatuBali, and give you a short tour of the Villa. He was born in Bali, speaks English (although odd words will sometimes confuse him) and is available from 10am until 6pm, but can change these hours to suit your needs. He is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week and lives close to the Villa should you need him. He has been in the hospitality industry for many years and has looked after guests from every continent. Putu is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week and lives close to the Villa should you need him.

Maids and Gardeners
Three staffs provide service to your rooms, wash your clothes, and maintain the pool and gardens.

There is always one member at staff at Villa Batu Bali at all times. Late at night, they will open the gate for you and your rental car or taxi, patrol the grounds and service your needs as required.

Tipping
If you are pleased with the service that the staff have provided, a tip would be most welcome. Most guests tip at the end of the stay and we suggest Rps 50,000(US$5) per day (collectively) you can give directly to an individual or at your discretion to the manager who will distribute amongst the staff.
